Cornelius uses stringent quality management at every production level. This begins with purchasing high-quality ingredients and ends with the consistent high quality served to the consumer at their table.
Only the best raw materials and freshest ingredients are used: fresh liver and best pork, veal and goose and finely seasoned bacon. In addition: fresh onions and selected seasoning mixtures made according to old and popular family recipes. The production of each product takes place in small, stringently controlled batches in accordance with the most modern quality standards and full traceability.
The legal requirements are our minimum standards. Our stringent hygiene concept guarantees the highest level of product safety and the consistent quality of all our products. Independent checks confirm the internal quality assurance.
