with Palatine liver sausage from Cornelius
Ingredients for 4 people
4 beef or pork steaks
125 g butter
250 g Palatine liver sausage from Cornelius
Mixed peppercorns, coarsely ground
Spices, olive oil
Add the spices to the olive oil and marinate the steaks. Then, fry briefly in a pan, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Cut the liver sausage and butter into 8 small portions, mix and form into small rounds. Place each steak on a well-warmed plate, place the liver sausage round on top and allow to melt briefly. As an accompaniment, we recommend wholemeal bread.
